Directions
We are located on La Baya Drive right behind the 31192 La Baya Building at the bend in the road, just Sorth of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

From Thousand Oaks / Ventura: Take the 101 freeway East, exit Lindero Canyon Road and turn Left. Proceed to Thousand Oaks Blvd and turn LEFT about _ mile until you get to La Baya Drive. Turn Left (you can only go one way) onto La Baya Drive. Proceed down the hill and into the driveway where you see the sign NORTH RANCH BUSINESS CENTER. Proceed all the way to the back of the back building to the GYM in Suite 105.

From Agoura / Calabasas / San Fernando Valley: Take the 101 freeway West, exit Lindero Canyon Road and turn RIGHT. Proceed to Thousand Oaks Blvd and turn Left about _ mile until you get to La Baya Drive. Turn Left (you can only go one way) onto La Baya Drive.
