The Future Physique Fitness Programs
Depending on your fitness goals, Future Physique has four different and very unique fitness programs we call "Paths", which are designed to target specific fitness goals. The four solutions paths you can follow to fitness are: Fitness Path, Weight Loss Path, Muscle Path and Strength Path. You can start by focusing on one path then focus on another, until you have achieved exactly the body and fitness goals you are seeking. For example, if you are overweight you would obviously start on the Weight Loss Path, then you could focus on the Fitness Path and then train with either the Muscle Path or Strength Path to achieve the body and the results you are seeking. If you are not overweight, you would start on the Fitness Path, then you could train with the Strength or Muscle Path.

No matter which path you choose first, all four of our solutions paths incorporate the 5 Components of Fitness to help you achieve your specific goals.

Fitness Path
In setting up your Fitness Path, your personal trainer will first go over your past and current health history with you, evaluate your current level of fitness and conditioning, examine your diet, then map out a path to fitness specifically designed for you. We call this your Fitness Path and it will give you the power to change your body with simple nutrition and exercise strategies designed to give you more energy, more stamina and get more out of your life. You really can live and feel better the very first day you start out on your own personal Fitness Path!

Foundation
This is your complete and overall introduction to fitness and your individual fitness plan to follow to get your body fit and in shape and keep it there. You will learn the secrets of success in nutrition, cardio, resistance and core training so you will have the foundation you need for lasting fitness results.

Core
Developing your core muscles improves your functional stability, balance, strength and vitality while also conveniently giving you amazing abs. What's not to love!

Fitness & Flexibility
If you are feeling stiff, achy and less flexible than you used to be this is the path for you. This path focuses on stretching, functional resistance training and proper nutrition to improve your fitness, flexibility and overall health.

Weight Loss Path
